Analisis Kinerja Sistem Informasi Transportasi Publik berbasis Web & Mobile

This study aims to analyze the performance of web-based and mobile public transportation service information systems in the DKI Jakarta area. In addition, this study also seeks to provide recommendations for improvements to the system to improve services, provide relevant and useful information for public transportation users. Public transportation in the DKI Jakarta administrative area includes buses, KRL, MRT and LRT. This study uses descriptive analysis and evaluation methods as a reference, namely by presenting the analysis of the test results then drawing conclusions from the data collected and evaluating them. The data analyzed includes the appearance of the website and the appearance of the mobile application, especially the Transjakarta bus, KRL, MRT Jakarta and LRT Jakarta. For data analysis, this study uses web.dev as a tool to measure performance, accessibility, best practices and search engine optimization (SEO). The results of this study indicate that the public transportation information system as a whole has good performance, however, there are several areas that require improvement in system performance both in website-based displays and mobile displays.
